We are pleased to offer FREE FLAT RATE SHIPPING on orders of $59 or more!  We ship only to the 48 contiguous states in the USA. Most items will ship standard ground (USA). There are, however, larger items that must travel via UPS oversize or truck freight.

*Please note, Customs policies vary from country to country. Most small orders arrive duty free, however you may be subject to import duties and taxes once a shipment reaches your country. Charges for customs clearance must be paid by you. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges.

TRACKING & LOOKUP: Once your order ships out, you will receive an email with your tracking information, which will allow you to track the status of your shipment.

TAXES & DUTIES: Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be charged once the parcel arrives at the destination country. These charges are determined by the customs office of the specific destination. Payment of these charges and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient and will not be covered by us. For further details of the charges, please contact your local customs office.

DAMAGE IN TRANSIT: We pack every item as carefully as possible, but occasionally something may arrive damaged. Damages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery of the product. If that happens, please retain all original packing material and notify us immediately at here.

REFUSE DELIVERY: Please note, should an order shipped to you be returned back to us due to either being refused, unclaimed or because of an incorrect shipping address you had given us, you will be charged a $5.00 order reprocessing fee plus a minimum $10.00 shipping and handling.

DELIVERY DELAYS: Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect and missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order. Delays may also occur as a result of customs clearance. Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time.

EMERGENCY SITUATION: Order delivery delayed due to acts of nature: our store shall not be liable and will not issue any refund or credit if an order delivery is delayed due to causes beyond the shipping carrier’s control, including, but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters or weather delays.

Return & Exchange

We stand behind the products we sell, and your satisfaction with your purchase is extremely important to us. We only accept return on products that were shipped out by us and if the item is faulty due to an error on our end (e.g. wrong item or damaged).

14-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. You must contact us before returning any purchase, and receive approval from our store to return the product. You will waive your right to return for any reason if you do not receive our approval in advance.

CHANGE OR CANCEL
If you change your mind about your purchase, you have the option to cancel your order within one hour of purchase. To cancel your order, please contact us at here.
Please remember, this self-cancellation is only available for the first hour of your order being created, after this 1-hour window, we cannot cancel orders. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.

RETURNS
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Please ensure you use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for any lost return package, and will not process any refund if we do not receive the return package.

EXCHANGE
In the event you receive any merchandise you feel is defective due to our error, you must notify the our store at here within 24 hours of order delivery for any replacement to be considered. If we deem necessary to view the defective products, we may ask for photos or for the order to be sent back to us for our inspection. Merchandise found to be defective due to our error would be exchanged at no charge (includes free shipping and handling for the exchange). Products determined to have been damaged as a result of customer misuse or excessive treatment will NOT be exchanged.

RETURN POLICY

We accept unopened and unused products only. We will not accept returns of used products, repackaged products, or opened products. The determination of the condition is at our sole discretion. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Refunded items will be charged a restocking fee of 10% of your total order upon receiving the product. Initial shipping charges will not be refunded.

RETURNS AUTHORIZATION
A return merchandise authorization (RMA) is a part of the process of returning a product to receive a refund, replacement, or repair during the product’s warranty period.

Once you receive approval and an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, merchandise must be returned via ground at your expense, please mark outside of the box with the RMA number.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days.
Please note that your bank may take up to 10 working days to process your refund. This depends on the institution from which a payment card is issued, and the respective processing time. Unfortunately, we are unable to influence this.

UNAUTHORIZED
Products returned not in accordance with our above “Return & Exchange” or are returned due to claims of being defective, but are found to be not defective, will be returned to the customer at their expense. If the customer refuses the product, our store will retain the property of the product and no credit, refund or exchange will be issued or allowed to the customer.
